Michael Saunders Agent Receives Commercial Designation.
Susan Goldstein, an agent with the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate associations.
Awarded the designation at the Institute’s biannual business meetings in Las Vegas, Goldstein was among 215 commercial real estate professionals nationally who passed the CCIM Comprehensive Examination, the final step toward earning the designation.
A CCIM is an acknowledged expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. To earn the designation, CCIM’s have completed a graduate-level core curriculum involving 200 classroom hours that addresses the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. These include financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis; and investment analysis. Additionally, CCIM’s are recognized as experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management and property valuation.
