Lori Hellstrom Named 2013 Realtor of the Year.
The Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR) Commercial Investment Division named Lori Hellstrom Realtor of the Year for 2013. The award recognizes a member of the Commercial Investment Division demonstrating exceptional skill in the practice of commercial investment real estate and is regarded highly by the membership.
Hellstrom is the director of leasing for Osprey Real Estate Services and has been active in the Sarasota commercial real estate market for more than 10 years. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida College of Business Administration and holds the certified commercial investment member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
