Patricia Baker Joins RE/MAX Alliance.
RE/MAX Alliance Group announced that Broker-Associate Patricia Baker has joined the firm. An area resident for more than 40 years, she was the 2012 Manatee Realtor of the Year. Baker specializes in luxury and waterfront properties from Hillsborough County to Charlotte County, and has expertise with short sales, investors and international clients.
She has numerous designations and certifications, including the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations, as well as the Internet Professional (e-Pro) and Transnational Referral (TRC) certifications. She was a Top 5 agent in 2010, 2011 and 2013.
A longtime supporter of the Republication Party, Baker sat on the board of the Republican Party of Florida for 10 years. She has also served as President of Manatee Forum Republican Women Federated and Vice Chair of the Manatee Republican Party. She has a bachelor’s in government and philosophy from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
