Michelle Crabtree Receives Meritorious Service Award
Michelle Crabtree, a Realtor with Michael Saunders & Company, received the 2013 Meritorious Service award from the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR). The award is given to a Realtor whose service to SAR and fellow members is of such effectiveness and quality to deserve special recognition.
Crabtree is a 3rd generation Sarasotan and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Sales Associate since 1982. She was Director on the Sarasota Board of Realtors (SAR) 2008-2010 and received the SAR “Meritorious Service Award in 2007. She has been recognized by the Sarasota Women’s Council of Realtors as “Entrepreneur of the Year” for 2013, “Business Women of the Year” for 2009 and was also chapter president in 2007. In addition, Crabtree has been a “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best in Client Satisfaction for 7 years. She has the designations/certifications of CLHMS-Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, CRS-Certified Sales Professional, CIPS-Certified International Property Specialist, GRI -Graduate Realtor, ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative; PMN-Performance Management Network, TRC-Transnational Referral Certification, RSPS-Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification) AHWD (At Home with Diversity) and GREEN.
