Officers Steve Bell & Rick Browning Gain Certification.
Manatee County Animal Services Officers Steve Bell and Rick Browning attended the National Animal Cruelty Investigations School offered by the Law Enforcement Training Institute, an extension of the University of Missouri. The training was to become certified Level 1 Professional Investigators in the field of Animal Cruelty. The week long class was held January 13th, 2014 through January 17th, 2014, at the Palm Beach Animal Control facility in West Palm Beach Florida. This training was made possible through a generous grant from the ASPCA.
