Former Flory Real Estate Owner Joins Coldwell Banker.
Rogers Moore, an experienced real estate professional and former owner of Flory Real Estate, has joined the Longboat Key office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Moore has more than 30 years of experience working with both residential and commercial buyers and sellers in the Sarasota area. In his career, he has been involved in sales totaling an excess of $100 million.
“I have always had an affinity for Coldwell Banker, and truth be told, I didn’t have the time or resources to train new associates in my early days at Flory. I would tell new agents to go to Coldwell Banker to get trained and learn how to sell and list first,” said Moore. “I saw the real estate market changing rapidly and knew that I needed to be with a company that has global alliances and can offer a strategic advantage for buyers and sellers.”
Moore is active in the community has served and supported various organizations including: Rotary Club of Sarasota, First Presbyterian Church, Caritas Food Pantry, All Faiths Food Bank, Resurrection House, Van Wezel Foundation, Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Laurel Oak Homeowners Association and the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce.
