Kate Rossi, NRT Southeast Regional Executive Vice President and Clark W. Toole, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT were named to Swanepoel’s 200 (SP200) Most Powerful People in Real Estate. SP200 is the most comprehensive list of influential CEOs, Thought Leaders and Senior Executives assembled in the residential real estate brokerage business.
Rossi oversees approximately 150 NRT-owned Coldwell Banker offices in Florida, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Atlanta and Dallas/Fort Worth, representing more than 8,500 sales associates.
Toole oversees the day-to-day operations of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s more than 80 offices and 4,900 sales associates.
