The Concession Set To Raise Lot Prices Due To Demand.
The Concession, a luxury gated community home to the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, reported the sale of 15 home sites in the first quarter. Fifteen new homes are under construction and another 10 homes are slated to break ground in the next 90 days.
Last year the community closed 32 lot sales. The current pace of demand will see a price increase on home sites beginning February 15, 2014.
“We continue to see increasing evidence of recovery in the luxury custom home real estate market that continues to get stronger,” said Mark Bruce, director of sales at The Concession Real Estate Company. “The Concession’s full-scale comeback really began just prior to last year’s Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Manatee Sarasota Building Industry Association.”
