Home Resource Presents Linda Lovely Goes To Broadway.
Home Resource announces that Annie Morrison returns to Home Resource to perform Linda Lovely Goes to Broadway. This play is written and performed by Morrison and directed by Blake Walton. The performance starts at 7pm.
Linda Lovely is a one-woman play that honors Linda Blom, an adult woman with Down Syndrome, with whom Morrison worked with for a decade in a musical theater program. The play focuses on Blom’s desire to perform on Broadway and the role that Morrison played to help this dream become a reality.
Morrison’s play won an award at the United Solo Festival in New York in 2012 and she received the prestigious award “Best Actress in a Performance”. The play was published in the Indie Theatre Now publication.
