Sarasota County’s Highest Sale Since February 2013.
A gulf front estate on Siesta Key sold for $10.25 million, becoming the all-time highest residential sale on Siesta Key; and the highest residential sale in Sarasota County since February, 2013. The property was listed for $10.975 million.
Located at 4300 Higel Avenue, the estate was listed by Karen Melk and sold by Phyllis Garfinkel, both from Michael Saunders & Company.
