The Greg Hudson Group Joins Coldwell Banker.
The Greg Hudson Group announced a move from Premier Sotheby’s to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. A top-ranked team with Premier Sotheby’s, the 3 person team has more than 50 combined years of real estate expertise, with a sales history of more than $245 million.
“We decided to move our business to Coldwell Banker to leverage the brand strength, worldwide name recognition, international exposure provided to homes they market, and the respected Previews luxury marketing platform,” Greg Hudson said.
Also on the team is broker associate Mary Beth Hudson and sales agent Rosemary Gillies. The team is based at Coldwell Banker’s Siesta Key office.
