34 Sales At The Concession To Date This Year.
The Concession, an exclusive, gated golf-course community has surpassed its total 2013 sales of 32 closings within the first 20 weeks of 2014, with 34 home sites sold.
“Our strong momentum continues in 2014 due to the amount of people looking for more space and privacy in their community of choice,” said Mark Bruce, director of sales at The Concession Real Estate Company. “We are seeing about 65 percent of our home purchases from local buyers, while 35 percent are new residents moving to the area,” said Bruce.
This solid uptick in home sales solidifies the return of the luxury, custom-home real estate market. “The Concession’s amenities and home/lot packages are attracting attention throughout the region and nationwide,” said Bruce.
Two new models were recently unveiled at The Concession – the Verona by Lee Wetherington Homes and the Modena by Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Neal Signature Homes will unveil its newest model in June, creating a new “model row” for visitors to browse.
The Concession features the area’s top builders and home sites that present Florida living like no other Southwest Florida community. One-acre sites are currently priced from the low $200,000’s with home and lot packages from $899,000.
