Socialite Christina de Hereen Noble listed her Spanish-style oceanfront Palm Beach mansion for $22 million. The 11,074 sq ft estate was built in 1923 and contains 12 bedrooms, 12 full and three half bathrooms. The home is situated on more than an acre of direct oceanfront property.
Christina de Hereen Noble is the great granddaughter of John Wanamaker, founder of Wanamaker’s in Philadelphia, one of America’s first successful department stores. Also her great uncle was the first mayor of Palm Beach.
