84 Previews Yields 22 Showings And A Sale.
Ron and Bozena Suponcic of RE/MAX Alliance represented the buyers and Judie Berger of Premier Sotheby’s represented the seller in the $3.6 million sale of a custom waterfront home at 778 Siesta Drive on Siesta Key.
Built in 2006, the 6,395-square-foot single-family home is situated on Sarasota Bay and includes two boat lifts and a deep-water dock able to accommodate an 80-foot yacht. The selection was made after the Suponcics analyzed and previewed 84 area homes priced from $2 million to $5 million. They then narrowed the possibilities to 22 buyer showings. The final three properties were then accessed, analyzed and subjected to a final showing aboard a luxury yacht.
After negotiating a contract to secure the buyer’s top choice, “We arranged for our team of luxury waterfront construction and legal experts to provide eight inspections,” said Ron Suponcic. The inspections included home, systems, seawall, dock and lifts, and an extensive legal review including survey, water rights, elevation, and FEMA, County, and City flood, construction, and permit issues.
