Gulf-To-Bay Estate Sells For $8 Million On Casey Key.
A gulf-to-bay property on Casey Key has sold for $8 million, making it the highest priced sale on the key since November 2009.
The estate, located at 712 North Casey Key Road, is the 18th residential property to sell thus far this year on Casey Key. By comparison, 17 properties sold during the same period a year ago, with the highest bringing $5 million.
Located on the exclusive north end of Casey Key the estate is situated on 2.07 acres of lush magnificent grounds with specimen trees and plantings. The compound includes the main house, with over 13,000 square feet of living space; a separate two-bedroom guest house, regulation tennis court, expansive terraces facing both the bay and Gulf, staff quarters, wine cellar, home theatre, billiard room and garaging for a fleet of cars. A walking beach is on the Gulf side of the home; while a rare covered boat dock faces the bay.
