Home Resource Presents Home Fires Burning.
Home Resource announces that Roxanne Fay is returning to Home Resource to perform Home Fires Burning. The performance is September 9th at 7pm.
The play was accepted for this years United Solo Play Festival in NYC and this is a chance to see Fay before she goes to New York to perform. .
In Home Fires Burning, accomplished monologist Fay asks; What is Home? Is a it a physical or an emotional place? Is it memory? Fay inhabits two unique and completely engaging characters, one a lost child and the other an ancient and disfigured force of nature. Funny, horrifying and heartbreaking, these compelling stories speak of the instinctive need for and fierce willingness to give all for – that placed called “Home”.
Fay has dedicated this play to her father who she lost in 1972 to a hit and run driver.
