Local Law Firm Achieves Tier 1 Best Lawyers Ranking.

The firm ranked in the top tier for Trusts and Estates Law in the Metro category. Ranked firms, presented in tiers, are listed on a national and/or metropolitan scale. Receiving a tier designation reflects the high level of respect a firm has earned among other leading lawyers and clients in the same communities and in the same practice areas for their abilities, professionalism, and integrity.
To be eligible for a ranking a law firm must have at least one attorney included on The Best Lawyers In America list. Shareholders James O. Fergeson, Jr., J. Ronald Skipper, and Richard R. Gans were previously selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers In America. All three attorneys are board certified by The Florida Bar and hold AV Preeminent Peer Review Ratings from the attorney rating site Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available for an attorney’s legal ability and professional ethics.
