Michael Saunders & Company Co-Sponsors Art Miami

Art Enthusiasts To Preview Sarasota Real Estate.

Michael Saunders & Company is joining its international luxury marketing partner Christie’s International Real Estate in sponsoring the 25th edition of Art Miami, South Florida’s longest-running contemporary art exposition. The event, an integral part of Miami’s Art Week, begins on Tuesday, December 2nd and runs through the following Sunday.

“To capitalize on the well-established synergy between collectors of great art and their passion for high-value homes in which to house their acquisitions is the key reason behind our involvement in Art Miami,” says company founder and CEO Michael Saunders, who also sits on the International Advisory Board for Christie’s International Real Estate. “From a strategic point-of-view, Christie’s sponsorship of Art Miami is taking place at a time when both the art and luxury real estate markets are flourishing anew with record-setting sales; and worldwide interest in owning properties in Southwest Florida has never been higher. We are thrilled to be representing our sellers at this exciting and prestigious event.”

One of the seminal art events in the United States, Art Week puts Florida on the world stage by attracting more than 72,500 collectors, curators, museum professionals and art enthusiasts from around the globe. Additionally, Art Miami runs concurrent with Art Basel— the world’s premier modern and contemporary art show. As such, attendees will have the opportunity to sample works by some 2,000 artists and 500 leading galleries from North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa.

Agents from Michael Saunders & Company are pairing with representatives of Christie’s International Real Estate as the event’s “Official Luxury Real Estate Partner.” Together they will welcome visitors to the show, familiarize them with the culture-centric lifestyle of Southwest Florida; and showcase the region’s finest luxury listings.
