In preparation for continued fireworks in 2015’s luxury market Kelly Gettel has quietly prepared to light some fireworks of her own. Her namesake firm is now conducting business as Kelly Gettel & Co International Properties and has relocated to Sarasota’s chic Palm Avenue. Her unmistakable red has softened to a luxurious subtle palate and a new web site, GettelRealEstate was launched.
“This past year saw higher valued properties come our way and our red branding, while attention getting, didn’t quite convey luxury. A richer color scheme now plays to that audience and our new web site name simplifies finding our firm and offers visitors much more information than before,” Gettel shares.
Due to referrals from her Sarasota-based clients in the Miami market her firm has joined the board there and established a local real estate partnership to service those client’s needs.
