Vince Naimoli, the founder and first owner of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, has reduced the price of his 15,547 sq ft, 8 BR, 7/3 BA, Tudor style Avila Golf and Country Club masterpiece sitting on 10 acres, Villalenda de Avila, to $5.5 Million.
