Manatee Gynecology To Build 10,000 Sq Ft Facility.
Manatee Gynecology announced plans for construction of a new medical office building in Bradenton, Florida. The firm selected general contractor Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) of Sarasota to build the 10,000-square-foot facility. “We are privileged to be selected by Manatee Gynecology as their construction manager, and continue to expand our footprint in the Sarasota-Manatee area,” said Craig Campbell, Director of Operations for S&P. “We look forward to providing them with a first-class facility that will continue to meet their patients’ and the community’s health needs.”
The $1.45 million project will be constructed on a one-acre site at 2310 60th St. Court W. in Bradenton. When completed, the building will provide offices, examination rooms, nurses’ stations, a laboratory and all the necessary resources to deliver high-quality women’s health care.
