Actress’ Hawaii Beachfront Compound On The Market For $29.9 Million.
Julia Roberts Hanalei, HI 3,792 sq ft, 7 BR, 4 BA, ocean front estate is on the market for $29.9 million. The compound is in the exclusive North Shore neighborhood, home to many other celebrities, including Chuck Norris and Mark Zuckerberg who recently purchased property there.
The home has perfect views for watching the sun set over the Na Pali Coast or gazing at Hanalei Bay. It sits on one of the island’s last remaining large double lots and is approved for expansion up to 9,000 sq ft.
Known as the Faye Property, it was purchased by sugar cane magnate Hans Peter Faye in 1915. The businessman purchased an adjoining lot to expand his little slice of beach. The lots were never broken up and owners of this property enjoy twice as much beachfront as their neighbors.
Roberts recently wrapped up “Secret in Their Eyes,” scheduled for release in October f this year and is currently filming “Money Monster,” a film about a Wall Street TV personality.
