New Facility In Parrish Will Complete In Six Months.
Halfacre Construction Company, a private commercial construction company, recently began construction on a 7,000 sq ft, multi-tenant office building in Parrish, FL for the Eye Center. Scheduled for completion in July 2015, the project is estimated to take about six months from start to finish. The project includes site development and new construction of the building. Eye Center, Inc., the building owner and tenant of the largest office space at 3,200 square feet, will lease the remaining two spaces – one with 2,200 square feet and the other with 1,600.
