Nick Figlow Named General Manager And Managing Broker.
RE/MAX Platinum Realty announced that Nick Figlow was named General Manager and Managing Broker of the firm. He will oversee all RE/MAX Platinum Realty offices in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
“Nick brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our growing company,” said Bryan Guentner, Broker of Record and Owner of RE/MAX Platinum Realty. “He will be helping our agents succeed on a day-to-day basis by mentoring, training and coaching. With his assistance, RE/MAX Platinum Realty will grow to the next level.”
“I’m very excited to be back in the RE/MAX family,” Figlow said. “I like the whole philosophy of RE/MAX and its emphasis on agent support. You’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself.”
Figlow has almost four decades of real estate experience, serving in similar capacities for some of the area’s major real estate firms. He has also held executive sales positions for many of the area’s largest developments, including The Meadows, Bent Tree and Pinehurst Village. He was the 2004 President of the Sarasota Association of Realtors.
Figlow owned his own real estate firms in the 1980s and 1990s, as well as his own title company for 25 years. He went on to become President and General Manager for RE/MAX Gulfstream offices in Sarasota and Manatee counties, where he served from 1999 to 2007.
Figlow is a GRI Certified Instructor (Graduate, Realtors Institute), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and trained real estate coach. He is active in the industry and community, and is a life member of Sertoma International and the Knights of Columbus.
