Terry Hoatland Joins J.E. Charlotte Construction.
J.E. Charlotte Construction announced that Terry Hoatland joined the firm as a superintendent. In his new role, Hoatland will serve as a project superintendent for some of J.E. Charlotte Construction’s projects, including their new Bayside Pet Resort in Osprey, Fla.
“I really liked Jeff, his staff and the fact that the company is locally owned and family operated,” said Hoatland, who was referred to J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. from a fellow construction colleague. “With my experience, I am confident I will be an asset to Jeff and his team. I hope to be here for a long time.”
Prior to joining J.E. Charlotte Construction, Hoatland worked for Benderson Development Company, Mike Carter Construction and a number of other construction companies throughout Florida. With a history of operation initiatives in the building and construction industries, he has experience managing numerous projects simultaneously while coordinating workers and schedules under tight timeframes and budgetary constraints.
