“The Other Waterfront Guy” Settles In Osprey.
Realtor Rick Lamb has joined the Osprey office of RE/MAX Platinum Realty. Known as “The Other Waterfront Guy”, he specializes in Sarasota and Manatee county waterfront properties that are not on the Gulf of Mexico or intracoastal waterway.
“There are many hidden jewels in the waterfront communities of the Florida Suncoast, at a fraction of the price of Gulf-front properties,” said Lamb. From Bayfront and Intracoastal properties, to the prime finds on rivers, canals and lakes, Lamb has the specialized local knowledge to assist clients looking to buy or sell on the “other waterfront.”
Lamb has 30 years of experience in real estate-related fields, from RE/MAX franchise sales for the Tampa to Naples region, to land acquisition for international developers.
Locally, Lamb was an agent with RE/MAX Properties, a predecessor of RE/MAX Alliance Group, and Recruiting Manager for Century 21 Beggins Enterprises, both in Sarasota. Prior to joining RE/MAX Platinum Realty, he was in charge of new business development for Waterfront 7 Realty on Longboat Key.

Born in the Shenandoah Valley in Waynesboro, Virginia, Lamb moved with his family to Bradenton when he was a child. His father, Ray Lamb, was a local Realtor. Lamb enjoys restoring vintage automobiles and has a background as an exhibition and race car driver.
