Homemade Masks For Dry And Damaged Hair

Dry and damaged hair is every women’s nightmare…..it frizzes….it tangles…..it breaks! However, there are some homemade tricks that can make all the difference and make your hair beautiful, hydrated and silky. In this article I want to give you some suggestions for homemade masks and tricks that can improve the appearance of your hair.
Coconut and Avocado Mask
• Two tablespoons of coconut oil
• A tablespoon nut oil of Argan
• One tablespoon of honey
• A dessert spoon of soy extract
• An egg yolk
• Two tablespoons of avocado
Mix all the ingredients well until you have a paste. Then, apply it on your hair and massage in thoroughly. Leave it in your hair for about an hour. After an hour, wash your hair using a mild shampoo. For best results, repeat this procedure twice a week until you are happy with the results.
Olive Oil and Egg Yolk Mask
• Olive oil
• An egg yolk
Olive oil and egg yolk, these two ingredients are very good for helping your hair. First, massage your hair with olive oil. Then, whisk the yolk of an egg and apply to your hair, massaging from roots to the ends. Let this mixture rest in your hair for about 10 minutes. It is recommended to do this procedure once a week. The results should be very visible.
Avocado and Egg Mask
• An avocado
• An egg yolk
Place in a bowl the contents (meat) of an avocado and mash it with a fork until it forms a paste. Then add the egg yolk and mix very well. Once your are done, you can put the mask on your hair. Leave it on your hair for at least 15 minutes. It is important to brush your hair for 5 minutes at the beginning of this process. Then, rinse and wash your hair with your usual shampoo.
Other Suggestions for Home Remedies to Help Your Hair Grow
• The Moon: Cut the ends of the hair on the days when the Moon is a Crescent Moon. This helps your hair to grow faster than usual.
• Grape seed oil: Rub your scalp with grape seed oil. This oil has properties that help to stimulate hair growth.
• Coconut oil: Coconut oil has many beneficial properties for your hair. Rubbing your hair with this product once a week will help you have hair that is more shiny and pretty, as well as help it grow faster.
• Rosemary oil: Rosemary is a great home remedy for the health of your hair. In a bowl, mix two tablespoons of dried Rosemary and half a cup of olive oil. Place contents in a microwave for two minutes. Let it cool down and rest for few minutes. Strain and pour the product into a container and set aside. After washing your hair, massage the scalp with the infused oil that you have made.
• Olive oil: Olive oil is a very important ingredient for nourishing the scalp and to help your hair grow faster. Mix one egg, some olive oil and two tablespoons of honey. Apply this mixture to the scalp and massage. Cover your hair with a towel and leave covered for 30 minutes. Then, wash your hair normally.
