The Concession Reports First Half Sales.
The Concession Residences (TheConcessionRealEstate.com [1]) sold 23 home sites for future custom built homes in the first half of 2015. This represents a nearly 20% increase over home sites purchased by consumers over the same period last year. Additionally the luxury community experienced an 18% rise in the average sale price of home sites from $258,524 in 2014 to $305,617 in the second quarter of 2015. One-acre sites are currently priced from the low $300,000s with home and lot packages starting at $1 million.
“So far in 2015, we’ve experienced a significant increase in the number of sites sold for future homes and the average sales price of those home sites, which is a credit to an excellent location in the Sarasota-Manatee region and our top-quality custom homes and homebuilders,” said Mark Bruce, director of sales at The Concession Real Estate Company. “Buyers are attracted to the exclusivity, privacy and spaciousness offered here at The Concession Residences. We are seeing a surge in young professional families with children as buyers. Our large one-acre home sites provide space for a wonderful custom home plus spacious outdoor living and backyard experiences,” said Bruce.
