Habitat For Humanity Welcomes The Kasselmanns.
On Thursday September 10, 2015 at noon Habitat for Humanity Sarasota will dedicate a home to Denise Kasselmann and her family. In January 2015, volunteers began to replace the exterior siding, update the entire electrical system, install new energy star appliances and replace the landscaping. The home also includes a new air conditioning system and roof; new carpet and tile was also installed. Denise’s journey with Habitat Sarasota began in January 2014, she has provided 325 volunteer hours toward her “sweat equity” requirement. Kasselmann is thrilled to move into a house she can call her own. More than 100 volunteers provided 2,386 hours renovating this house
