Miracle at Suncoast will be hosted at Suncoast Porsche Audi located at 5005 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota FL on November 19, 2015, 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Tickets are $95pp and may be purchased HERE [1].
The Education Foundation of Sarasota County is partnering with the Florida Occupational Therapy Association (FOTA) to provide a valuable and much needed sensory aid for special needs children in Sarasota County Schools. The Miracle Belt is a pediatric weighted therapy belt proven to promote self-calming, balance, and increased body awareness for children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy and many other sensory based disorders.
Miracle at Suncoast is a unique event to raise funds and provide every special needs child in the Sarasota County School system with the Miracle Belt. There are 6,200 children in the Sarasota County Schools diagnosed with special/sensory needs, 526 children in the autism program alone, who will benefit. The event will showcase Sarasota County Schools’ amazing student performances and a children’s fashion show.
