Relocation Effective Today, January 7th.
Ian Black Real Estate has relocated its corporate headquarters to Kane Plaza in downtown Sarasota. In moving to the new offices the real estate brokerage leaves the Rosemary District, its longtime home.
The new offices, at 4,000 sq ft are about 1,000 sq ft bigger than the old space. “This is a wonderful opportunity to expand our offices as a direct response to our firm’s growth,” founder Ian Black says. “In our current building, we don’t have the capacity to hire any additional agents.” The new office is located at 1 South School Avenue, Suite 600, Sarasota, 34237.
