Dinner To Benefit Girls Inc.

Marmalade Salon and Boutique announces a locally collaborated farm-to-fork wine dinner at Sweetgrass Farms in Sarasota, Florida. The four course Farm to Fork dinner will pair locally sourced products with farm fresh produce, creating a menu guests will absolutely love! Each course will be paired with delicious wines hand selected by Chef Paul Mattison.

Guests will be greeted with an Orange Marmalade Mint Martini and will have the opportunity to tour this incredible hydroponic farm that opened in early 2015. Guests will enjoying pot roast stuffed baby redskin potatoes and goat cheese bruschetta as they stroll through the lush rows of strawberries and countless rows of pristine produce. Guests will then be seated at a long feasting table under the stars and treated to an exquisite meal.

1st Course: roasted beet stack with herbed goat cheese over baby arugula

2nd Course: Bottarga encrusted local snapper with Sweetgrass Russian kale, pesto butter sauce, fresh lemon, serve with champagne risotto

3rd Course: gourmet cheese, candied pecan and local honey course prepared by Chef David Curran, Certified Cheese Professional of the American Cheese Society

4th course: raspberry lemon daquoise, lemon curd, fresh raspberries, golden meringue with raspberry coulis, white chocolate medallion
