Ten Shareholders To Guide The Legal Firm.
The law firm of Fergeson, Skipper, Shaw, Keyser, Baron & Tirabassi announced the following shareholders were elected to serve as officers on its board: President and Treasurer, Matthew B. Mayper; Vice President and Secretary, James O. Fergeson, Jr.; Vice Presidents – J. Ronald Skipper, E. Ralph Tirabassi, Richard R. Gans, David S. Maglich, Douglas R. Bald, J. Allison Archbold, Michelle Lajoie Hermey, and Brendan A. McQuaid. In addition, attorneys Mayper, Maglich and Hermey were appointed to the board’s Management Committee. All ten shareholders are certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in their areas of expertise, which include wills, trusts and estates, civil trial and business litigation, tax law, real estate law, and business organization and corporate law.
Fergeson Skipper was founded in Sarasota in 1976, and throughout 2016 its shareholders and staff are commemorating the firm’s 40th anniversary of representing businesses and individuals in the Sarasota County area.
