American Land Title Association Certifies Williams Parker.

Williams Parker has received the American Land Title Association (ALTA) Best Practices Framework compliance certification. The ALTA Best Practices Framework assists lenders in their responsibility to manage third-party vendors. The firm worked with certified public accounting firm Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP (HA&W) to complete its certification. The process involved HA&W’s review of the firm’s title insurance and settlement practices. ALTA seeks to guide its membership on best practices to protect consumers, promote quality service, provide for ongoing employee training, and meet legal and market requirements.
