Terry Hayes Joins The Duncan Real Estate Team.
Duncan Real Estate [1], a locally owned real estate firm that specializes in Anna Maria Island properties, announced the addition of Realtor Terry Hayes to the team. The addition of Hayes expands the Duncan Real Estate roster to 12 agents.
Hayes’ family has previously owned property on Anna Maria Island for three generations. A frequent visitor to our area since early childhood, she grew up in Washington, D.C., and graduated with a teaching degree from East Carolina University.
