Niman Ranch Appreciation Dinner At Mattison’s On 41.
The Niman Ranch Farmer Appreciation Dinner is the highlight of the year for many of us! In appreciation for the hog farmers who raise hogs humanely for Niman Ranch, a group of highly acclaimed chefs from across the country take time off to travel to Iowa to cook this special dinner for our farmers.
The dinner is not just a culinary experience, but a true collaborative celebration between the farmers who raise our food and the chefs honoring it through their restaurants and menus. Each presenting chef created a course for the dinner- all spotlighting Niman Ranch Pork as the key ingredient.
Chef Paul Mattison is one of only 5 chefs nationwide to receive the honor of cooking at this prestigious event held on August 27, 2016.
Chef Paul will recreate the menu at the event on September 22nd, 2016 and will pair each course with some truly amazing wines! This is one you don’t want to miss!
