On February 2nd, from 5-8PM, Lynne Koy of Coldwell Banker Previews will formally introduce luxury waterfront home builder, Perrone Construction’s 7,250 sq ft Longboat Key marvel, Acqua Vita [1], designed by Cliff Scholz of CMSA Architects, to the market.
We are anticipating a turnout of over 100 qualified business owners, affluent individuals and top Realtors capable of helping us promote this architectural beauty. This must attend event will be catered by Morton’s Gourmet Market, Sarasota’s Mecca of great food for over 40 years. The formal agenda starts at 6pm.
Of special interest that evening will be a one-time private viewing of artist Jack Dowd’s acclaimed series of large format paintings named 27. 27 honors ten famous musicians who became angels at the young age of twenty-seven. Jack will also be in attendance that evening and will help attendees find the angel’s halo hidden in each painting. You may preview 27 HERE [2].
Our featured non-profit will be the Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC). Rounding out the night will be music by the popular musical trio Babyl, a ballroom dancing exposition by Dynasty Dance Club, social media exposure by TapSnap and much more.
