In a span of sixty days REAL Exclusive Magazine produced “Last Call” Recalled [1] and Arts on the Bay [2]. Both events featured renowned artwork from artist Jack Dowd.

Waiting to enter “Last Call” Recalled
For “Last Call” Recalled we brought out of storage “Last Call”, a twenty-foot bar scene with 13 life size replicas of individuals Jack met while owning bars up north. When Dimmitt Automotive’s State Street Studio’s doors opened at 6:00pm, the line waiting to enter spanned the length of State Street to Orange Avenue. It was a packed house and certainly the place to be that evening in Sarasota.

Kim Burns having some fun with “Last Call” Recalled
Next up we displayed in a gallery like setting “27”. “27” consists of twelve large format paintings of musicians who departed earth at the tender age of 27. This event was hosted at Lynne Koy’s Acqua Vita bay front estate listing on Longboat Key. Estimates have two football fields of cars valet parked that evening. Once again, Arts on the Bay was the place to be that evening.
