Meet Christine Nicole! A wife, mother, fur baby mom, a best friend, and of course a Photographer. She loves to cook, travel, work out and going to the movies. Yes, buttered popcorn please!
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and no one knows more about that than Christine Nicole, owner of Christine Nicole Photography. Her mantra, “Exist in portraits, leave your legacy behind.” When it comes to portrait photography, Christine is the best. Her ability to capture an individual’s or families’ life through the lens is magical.

Christine Nicole may not have set out to be a photographer, but that’s exactly what she has become. She got bit by the “shutter bug” in the 4th grade when she received her first Kodak disk camera from her mom, remember those? She smiles, “I just loved it! I took it to school and took pictures of everyone & everything.” Her passion for photography blossomed in 2003 when she saw how her images brought joy into people lives. “I took notice of my passion to provide families and friends with images they could have of their loved ones and could see the joy that it brought them”, she replies.
In 2005 Christine followed her passion for Portrait Photography and began doing on location portraiture. It was in 2015 that Christine set out on a quest to find the perfect location for Christine Nicole Photography and the perfect studio location she found. Located at 253 S. Links Avenue, Sarasota, FL this charming Towles Court two story building, built in 1920, would eventually be the perfect studio for her. Christine describes its renovation as a ‘labor of love” – a complete renovation to represent its true historical beauty. She had a vision from the beginning and knew exactly what she wanted. She had a color pallet in mind, and while the painter didn’t always agree with her, she stayed strong in her vision. The outcome was exactly, what she had envisioned. Hot pink shutters it is! Step inside her boutique studio and experience the charming ambiance of the old 1920 doors, the crystal chandeliers and beautiful antique furnishings.

If you’re looking for a one of a kind keepsake and a portrait is your thing, the upstairs studio offers that natural lighting perfect for photographing that beautiful someone. While Christine used to do weddings and portraits, she has decided to focus more on the portrait side of the business, providing a more exclusive experience for her clients. She services the following portrait clients: beauty, boudoir, head shots, high school seniors and families. Her portrait sessions include in person style consultation, professional hair and makeup, reveal session and installation of all artwork. Christine states “the sessions are fun!” We will laugh and make beautiful portraits!”

Christine loves having a dream job that allows her to hold a moment in time for someone to keep forever. She states. “We live in a world now where all our images/pictures are mainly in digital files, and with my business I have decided it’s important to give my clients a finished product, as well as digital files.” Christine takes pride in providing her clients with matted heirloom prints in beautiful keepsake box that they can display beautiful in their home. Christine reminds us how our children are the most photographed children in the World. With a digital world, our children will not grow up to see the many photos taken of them. Christine encourages us to print some photos of our children so they can share a memory with their children one day too!

Of Christine’s drive to give back she offer’s “Limited Edition Portraits with Santa” Each year little girls and little boys come to the boutique two-story studio with its hot pink shutters all decorated up for Christmas to visit with Santa. They write letters to Santa, talk with Santa, have milk and cookies and hot chocolate too. Christine loves to capture images of children seeing Santa for the first time and seeing the look on their parents faces when the children walk through the big old wooden doors. Priceless! Christine loves living in Sarasota and loves giving back to the community and organizations. She is a thankful to have a career where she can meet such amazing people and families. It is hard for her to think that she could be happier doing anything else. Simply put, Christine is just a girl that had a dream to own her own portrait business and never did she imagine that she would touch so many people’s lives to document their memories for them.
