You have a choice in life, you can choose the sweet life or the bitter life. Learning to navigate this world takes a great deal of self-confidence and knowledge to make it through. Being able to enjoy life with what you have now is the way to attaining a feeling of contentment within yourself. If you are fine and content where your life is now, you have made a commitment to maintaining that lifestyle. If you want to get ahead “You have to make a bigger commitment to yourself” states Tony Fitzgerald of Movement Mortgage. I want to get ahead and am ready to make a new commitment. Are you?

To me the Sweet Life means being able to understand what more I am meant to do in this world. I know I did not go through the experiences I did for it to mean very little. My passion is natural healing strategies influenced by the Lymphatic System. I love all things D.I.Y. So get ready for lots of great recipes, tips and workshops!
I love to teach others how to live a healthy lifestyle through self-care and natural strategies. My chosen profession, Occupational Therapy, at its core addresses teaching people skills of living. Skills that most of us take for granted until we no longer have control of them.
Over the years, I have had the advantage of looking in depth at physical and social development in my pediatric practice, a look into mental health through work at a juvenile detention center for adolescent sex offenders, and a look into the process of rehabilitation and end of life care.
My mission is to build a team of like-minded individuals and businesses that are focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle and career along with supporting our local community needs.
I searched high and low and for a very long time to gather the best team to represent what I feel is REAL and Authentic living. I would like to introduce our new partners to REAL Exclusive Magazine!
