The City Of North Port Hosts Third Annual Real Estate Summit.
On Friday, November 9, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the conference hall at the Suncoast Technical College the City of North Port hosts its Annual Real Estate Summit.
Topics will include the factors that attract businesses to the community, updates on the Atlanta Braves spring training facility, and Babcock Ranch, the new, innovative, environmentally sensitive community by developer Kitson & Partners. The event’s keynote speakers are Mike Dunn, Vice President of Operations for the Atlanta Braves; Rick Severance, President of Babcock Ranch; and Ron Starner, Executive Vice President of Conway, Inc., parent to Site Selection Magazine. The MC of the event is Maryann Mize, Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of Charlotte State Bank and Trust, Murdock.
