William M. Seider Is One Of Three Attorneys In Sarasota With Dual Certification.
Williams Parker announced that partner William M. Seider, a Florida Bar board certified Real Estate attorney, has achieved an additional Florida Bar board certification in Condominium and Planned Development Law. He is one of three attorneys in Sarasota to hold both designations.
Seider handles a range of real estate matters and specializes in representing developers to structure, finance, construct, and develop condominiums and subdivisions. He also handles high-end residential sales and has helped form more than 100 condominiums and subdivisions in the region, including Fairway Bay III, Marina Bay, Sunset Beach, Grand Bay I – VI, The Plantation Golf and Country Club, Phillippi Landings, and Marina Tower.
