It’s the New Year!
Reflections, we all reflected on the past year — some with regret, others with happiness, or maybe with an appreciation for all we received. The New Year is also the time to look forward — perhaps longing for a fresh start or possibly fearful of what is to come.
How will you deal with it?

With a steady stream of pessimism; the negative, chronic “poor me” self-talk? It doesn’t help. It only continues to build hurt.
Or
With mind opening positivity? Instead of stoking the fire of self-pity, say new positive things to yourself.
It is a two-part solution:
Catch yourself when you are entering a negative spiral, and
Try to say something positive to yourself.
I’m choosing the positivity route for 2019. You shouldn’t worry about the past; 2018 is done.
Wishing you a year filled with serenity, laughter, joy, health and prosperity.
