18 Story Luxury Condo On Palm Avenue Debuts In New Sales Gallery.
VIP invitees experienced elevated living in the new showroom and sales gallery for The DeMarcay, a luxuriously appointed 39 unit residential project by GK Development [1] in downtown Sarasota, at its unveiling February 21st.
The showroom sets the stage for the soon-to-be-constructed DeMarcay, where exceptional interiors, unmatched location and incomparable gulf and city views come together.
A floor-to-ceiling mural of the view from the rooftop deck is prominently displayed along with the building rendering and area map. A virtual reality area is set up where visitors can view the exterior and neighborhood of The DeMarcay, as well as its interior units, views and the rooftop pool.
A scale model is situated at the front of the showroom for easy reference. Towards the back, a wall displays the deluxe finishes available, and two vignettes showcase a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom setup.
The building will feature historical artifacts that date back to when the building served as an old cigar factory and a hotel.
The 18-story building will feature a resort-style rooftop pool with expansive waterfront views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay. Ranging from 1,144 to 3,106 square feet, the floor plans will have the flexibility to combine units for larger square footage.
