Brian, a Realtor® since 2003, enjoys the challenges that come with serving buyers and sellers. Demonstrating integrity and dependability, his goal is to be very well informed about specific real estate markets and segments, becoming a trusted resource with timely solutions. He is well-versed in all aspects of real estate and specializes in new construction across the region with a comprehensive background in selling custom homes.
Brian works with buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties and is also the exclusive agent representing the Forest at Hi Hat Ranch where he has been instrumental in the growth of one of Sarasota’s premier ranch communities. In fact, the developer named the Forest’s main water feature, Lake Wood, in his honor. As an agent with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty for eleven years, his exceptional sales record and customer-oriented approach earned him a position among their top-recognized agents.
Born and raised in Boca Raton, Brian moved to Sarasota in 1986 and has never left. He is the youngest of five siblings and has a wife, Diane, two kids, Haley and Joey, and a beloved dog, Dexter. In his spare time, Brian enjoys boating and fishing and he also considers himself something of a chef – feeding family and friends every chance he gets.
