My name is Tim White, former office manager and director of operations for Inspectors, Inc. If you are in the real estate business you probably are familiar with me, and my partners, Brad, Chris and Bryan; all former inspectors of Inspectors, Inc.
The four of us joined forces and formed CleanSlate Property Services, a local concierge handyman business that is officially open for business.
In addition to your standard handyman fare, we are also offering pre-listing home evaluations to help both you and your client identify potential items that could make your home more attractive to buyers. Further, we can provide pricing options to make those repairs for you. We’re also happy to review any punch-out lists for new home buyers, etc.
So what does this mean for you? We strive to deliver the same high-level of service that you’ve come to expect from us in an exciting new venture, with the goal of changing the way people think about the handyman industry. With our white-glove approach to repairs and services, we seek to set the bar high in Sarasota and Manatee counties and keep it high.
