Mattison’s 5-Course Casa Bianchi Wine Dinner. Join Mattison’s for their Salute to Summer Wine Dinner Series featuring the Argentinian Winery Casa Bianchi! The 5-Course dinner will be created by Chef Paul Mattison featuring area farms and fresh local seafood. Special Guest Federica Nino, the Export Manager and Regional Ambassador of Casa Bianchi, will be on hand to take guests on a journey with some exciting award winning wines.
