2013 A Great Year For Neal Communities. Neal Communities closed out 2013 with 826 new home sales translating into a 35%+ increase in sales from last year. The sales spanned across 16 communities from Manatee to Lee Counties. “With homes ranging from $150,000 to over $2 million, our largest numbers came from the $250-$350,000 price range,” said Pat Neal, President and CEO of the Lakewood Ranch-based, home building company.
