National Endowment For The Arts Supports Production Of The Dialogues of the Carmelites. National Endowment for the Arts Chairman Jane Chu approved an Art Works award of $20,000 to support the winter 2017 production of The Dialogues of the Carmelites by Francis Poulenc. Sarasota Opera was awarded a $50,000 grant from the Gulf Coast Community Foundation which will complete the necessary funding for film projection equipment for the Opera House.
