Property Inventory Drops To Lowest Level In 39 Months.
TRENDGRAPHIX’s latest report shows that sales in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte County increased 28.3% during March. March 2009 sales were 14.9% higher than in March 2008. Pending sales are up 27.4% compared to February. March inventory of homes is 30.6% less than March 2008.
